This is our main Pinot Noir, produced 100% with Estate grown fruit. The wine underwent maceration and fermentation for approximately three week, 20% whole bunch.The wine is then aged 30% in new French barriques with the balance in seasoned oak for 12 months. The wine is then bottled unfiltered and un-fined.
A beautifully styled Pinot Noir, bright garnet in colour. Aromas of violets, nougat, herbs and spice. Sweet cherry and plum flavours follow on the palate, with a savoury texture, fine tannins and a touch of vanillan oak on a long, balancing finish.
