Our Hummingwire label Syrah is made with hand-picked grapes from our Gladstone block , however this wine is made to be light, fruity and affordable. Fermented on the skins for 21 days and undergoing some Thermal Vinification (heat contact with skins) it has been aged in new French oak barrels for 12 months.
With red cherry, pepper and smokey oak notes this is a light and smooth Syrah which drinks well now and offers fantastic value for money at only $16.00 retail a bottle!
