Hand-picked grapes from our Gladstone block in the hot and sunny 2021 vintage, has produced this easy-to-drink, sun ripened Syrah. Blackcurrant, fruit aromas and a palate of white pepper, savoury spices and with a hint of violets, this will match well with spicy dishes of vegetables, lentils and game meat in particular.
