Our Viognier from a small parcel in our Gladstone Block vineyard, has been hand harvested, gentle pressed and fermented at cooler temperatures to preserve the aromatic characters and has been aged on fine yeast lees until bottling.
The nose is aromatic with hints of apricot, jasmine, lime zest and spice. The palate has apricot and nectarine flavours and has a creamy texture and dry finish.
Enjoy with mildly spiced dishes like Spicy Pork Belly or Thai cuisine. Also great with a cheeseboard.
