NV Methode Traditionnelle


This Wine has undergone a secondary fermentation in the bottle being in extended contact with its yeast lees. We batch disgorge this wine in small parcels. Fragrant, it is crisp and elegant, very lively and finely balanced, with lemony, faintly nutty flavours, a subtle yeastiness, and good intensity and persistence.



A classic Cuvee of 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay.  Traditionally made with a second fermentation in bottle and extended lees contact.

A satisfying tingling effervescence with juicy Granny Smith apples and a touch of freshly baked bread on the nose, that is joined by citrus and buttered shortbread on the palate.  Elegant  with a fresh dry finish.

Perfect as an aperitif or a wine for any type of celebration.
