2016 Methode Traditionnelle


This Wine has undergone a secondary fermentation in the bottle being in extended contact with its yeast lees. We batch disgorge this wine in small parcels.
Fragrant, it is crisp and elegant, very lively and finely balanced, with lemony, faintly nutty flavours, a subtle yeastiness, and good intensity and persistence.



A classic blend of 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay.  Traditionally made with a second fermentation in bottle and long aging on it’s lees.

Lovely citrus fruit characters with a hint of peach. Very elegant and sophisticated with a fresh dry finish.

Perfect aperitif or a wine for any type of celebration.
