A classic Cuvee of 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay this is traditionally made with a second fermentation in bottle and extended lees contact.
A satisfying tingling effervescence with a touch of yeasty notes on the nose, gala apple, brioche, white peach and a touch of strawberry on the palate. This is a well-balanced and elegant dry style sparkling with plenty of flavour.
