From our Lime Hill Vineyard 1.3 Ha was planted in Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in 2013 on a hillside 200m above sea-level. The soil consists of clay on Limestone producing elegant wines in the Burgundian style.
Bouquet of yellow peaches and cashew nut, red apple and toasty new French oak with vanilla. On the palate nicely weighted with a rich and creamy texture, fine wood tannins, cashew nut and flavours of stone fruit and apple, vanilla soaked toasty wood flavours and a lengthly mineral laden finish. A well made wine ready to enjoy through to 2023.
