Grapes were hand-harvested, de-stemmed and fermented in small parcels and then aged in French oak before being blended. This wine is unfined and unfiltered, so is also suitable for vegans.
It has an elegant nose offering aromas of blackcurrent, fruit cake and cloves. The palate shows youthful tannins, spice and milk chocolate notes.
As this wine improves with age, it can be cellared for 8-10 years for those who can wait that long.
