Easy drinking with nice herbal perfume paired with intense gooseberry, a crisp acidity and mouth filling texture.
The vintage 2011 was particulary hot in the summer and we had a dry climate in autumn. This is our entry level Sauvignon Blanc made from some sourced fruit from Martinborough and our own fruit. The manufacturing of the fruits took place in a very gentle way. The wine was cold-fermented to perserve the fresh, bright fruit and acidity that this varietal offers.
