2011 Sauvignon Blanc Ouvertuere

TASTING NOTE JUNE 2011
Intense ripe flavours of apples, peaches, passion fruits and mangos. Tasting the wine you find the traditional Sauvignon Blanc aromas of elder and gooseberries. The wine has a vibrant acidity that plays on the palate. A fruity and crispy finish.

WINEMAKER’S NOTES
2011 the harvest was just in time and we had not to hurry to bottle the Ouvertuere. There were 5 weeks left between picking and bottling.
We recommend to drink the Ouvertuere until Easter 2012. After that the wine will loose its fruitiness and freshness.

Alcohol: 13,5 % vol.
