Pale light green tint. Light gooseberry and elderberry with a hint of lime flavours combined with vibrant acidity, complex body which shows its lively character. Lingering with a hint of tropical fruit.

Made from grapes of our own vineyards in Gladstone. 100% destemmed grapes. Cool fermented in stainless steel tanks with lees contact.
