TASTING NOTE MARCH 2011
Made from saigner (free run) juice of our Pinot Noir. Gentle fermentation in partly used oak barrels. Pale pink colour, this has a very light nose of delicate soft red fruits, hay and pepper. Medium dryish on palate, this is a delicate, but refreshing wine which balances crisp acidity with gently sweet and lushious flavours of strawberries, watermelon, redcurrants and roses. The fruit shows well-judged ripeness. A pretty wine to enjoy in the sunshine, with cold meats and antipasto, over the next 2 years.
Alcohol: 13,5 % vol.
