We are fortunate enough to have very good fruit from an established Martinborough Vineyard whose vines are now over 20 years old.

We use traditional Burgundian vinification aiming for the crisp fresh style of Chablis but integrating the flavours of seasoned oak and a small amount of malolactic fermentation to produce an attractive new world taste but still allowing the fruit to develop.

We achieve a purity of fruit character in our Chardonnay boasting fresh pineapple and grapefruit with a touch of vanillin oak.
