In the Champagne region of France three grape varieties are used in sparkling wine production. They are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier,

We have taken Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and made single vintage wines from each variety and named them Blanc de Blanc for the Chardonnay and Blanc de Noir for the Pinot Noir.

Traditionally made, the wines undergo a second fermentation in the bottle which starts with the tirage and gives the wine it’s natural bubbles.

The wines show finesse and style that of the variety. They are elegant with clean bright fruit and underlying toasty yeasty characteristics.
