Hand selected bunches have been taken from our vineyard alone and have undergone skin fermentation with natural yeasts in order to extract optimum flavour and develop structure. This can only be done under perfect conditions for this method and 2014 proved to be a textbook vintage for our Viognier grapes, they were very ripe, bright and healthy.
Perfumed with orange zest and floral characters on the nose, hints of apricot, ginger and spice, finishing with a soft creamy texture.
Ideal with Asian inspired dishes.
But also goes well with pumpkin, boletus, risotto, ravioli and several cheeses.
